The Beaches of Normandy
Come capture the remembrance of D Day along the coast of Normandy. Walk along the beaches and visit the war memorial, taking in the vastness, and solitude of the place. Then join us as we visit the treasures of Mont St. Michel, stay in the beautiful old Hornfleur, and St. Malo and walk the beautiful windy bluffs around Etretat.
Learn from a passionate professional
Our photographers are both passionate and knowledgeable about photography and the area. We take you to all the good spots and let you enjoy the journey along the way. We capture as many sunrises and sunsets as weather and the small group will allow, and after shooting, we return to the hotel for a couple post-editing tutorials.
Group size & Options
Not everyone runs at the same pace, and our tours are built to accommodate everyone. We keep group sizes small, so everyone will have some one on one time with the pro. We also will offer different options for everyone. Perhaps someone wants to work on astrophotography late at night, maybe someone else really wants sunrises. We try to be as flexible as possible, so you don't feel like you have to do everything, but you can still get as most out of the experience as you want.
Tour Price $2,500/person
Join us for a single supplement for $400. A single supplement is one full day of activities meeting in the town we will be in. It does not include room or board, but does include any transport during the day after your arrival in the town. We can help arrange your transport to the town for an additional price

Day 2
The second day kicks off with a sunrise shoot over the beaches before we head south to Hornfleur's tight seaside streets for the remainder of the day. Here we'll get a beautiful sunset over the seaside cottages.
Day 3
DDay, we head northwest to the DDay war memorial and beaches of Normandy on the anniversary of DDay. Here we'll go through a guided tour and photograph the memorial day rememberences. It's a site, on these cold, windy beaches, that you won't soon forget.

Day 5
We have another day on the mountain with hikes around the shore during high and low tide.
Day 6
We head a little farther east to St. Malo, one of Brittany's most beautiful walled towns. You'll be hard pressed to find a more beautiful town to photograph in all of France.
Day 7
We check out of the hotel, take you to the train station in St. Malo, and say goodbye.
