Prague's Christmas Markets

Prague's Christmas markets are not to be missed, but without a real guide, you will spend most of your time stuck in an enormous crowd and unable to get any of the big iconic winter shots of the beautiful city. Our guides will ensure you capture the magic of this winter wonderland.

Learn from a passionate professional

Our photographers are both passionate and knowledgeable about photography and the area. We take you to all the good spots and let you enjoy the journey along the way. We capture as many sunrises and sunsets as weather and the small group will allow, and after shooting, we return to the hotel for a couple post-editing tutorials.

Group size & Options

Not everyone runs at the same pace, and our tours are built to accommodate everyone. We keep group sizes small, so everyone will have some one on one time with the pro. We also will offer different options for everyone. Perhaps someone wants to work on astrophotography late at night, maybe someone else really wants sunrises. We try to be as flexible as possible, so you don't feel like you have to do everything, but you can still get as most out of the experience as you want.

Tour Price $1,000/person

Join us for a single supplement for $400. A single supplement is one full day of activities meeting in the town we will be in. It does not include room or board, but does include any transport during the day after your arrival in the town. We can help arrange your transport to the town for an additional price

Tour Dates

Dec 17-20, 2017

Day 1

The first day we pick you up at the airport or train station and take you to your hotel in Prague. From there we let you relax and get settled in before heading downtown to the heart of the markets in Old Town. We'll follow the mass across Charles Bridge and then take trasport to the top of the castle and work our way back down. After that, we'll catch the sunset on a hill overlooking the castle for great sunset photos of Prague.

Day 2

The second day we wake up early and catch the morning frost and fog on Charles Bridge. We spend the day enjoying the market and taking photos from the best of places. We also take a break in the middle of the day to relax and do a post-processing workshop.

Day 3

We wake up and drive south to Cesky Krumlov and the great Christmas market in this UNESCO World Heritage site. This charming Christmas market will steal your heart.

Day 4

The final morning we wake up early for one last frosty sunrise shoot before we take you back to Prague and drop you off at the train station or airport and say goodbye.

Additional Info

This Christmas markets can get really cold! Make sure to bring warm clothes including gloves, hats, scarves, and extra pairs of wool socks!

Arrival

You will arrive in Prague at either the train station, bus stations, or airport and we will come pick you up and take you to the hotel.

Departure

After checkout from the hotel in Cesky Krumlov, we will take you back to Prague and your transport hub.

We will stay at three and four star hotels in Prague and Cesky Krumlov

Meals

Meals will be provided for you and will consist of breakfast lunch and dinner. If you have any health concerns or diet restrictions please let us know beforehand, so we can accommodate you the best that we can.
