Touristy and Off the Beaten Path in Prague
July is the high season in these beautiful cities, and the high season means endless throngs pushing you mindlessly through city centers. Having lived and explored for years in the areas, our guides know all the great ways to get out of the crowd and really get the great shots you've been waiting for in Prague, Bratislava, and Budapest.
Learn from a passionate professional
Our photographers are both passionate and knowledgeable about photography and the area. We take you to all the good spots and let you enjoy the journey along the way. We capture as many sunrises and sunsets as weather and the small group will allow, and after shooting, we return to the hotel for a couple post-editing tutorials.
Group size & Options
Not everyone runs at the same pace, and our tours are built to accommodate everyone. We keep group sizes small, so everyone will have some one on one time with the pro. We also will offer different options for everyone. Perhaps someone wants to work on astrophotography late at night, maybe someone else really wants sunrises. We try to be as flexible as possible, so you don't feel like you have to do everything, but you can still get as most out of the experience as you want.

Tour Dates
Jul 25 - 30, 2018
Day 1
The first day we pick you up at the airport or train station in Prague and take you to the hotel. From there we head up on top of the castle to the first of many hidden treasures - two national art galleries that are rarely visited. From there we head over to another treasure, the pristine medieval library high up in Prague.
Day 2
The second day we wake up early to catch the sunrise and do a Prague walk without the huge crowds in the morning. We'll cover Old Town to Charles Bridge. Later in the day we'll head up and wander the park that overlooks the city, and finally join the tourists and walk down through the castle to the hidden and pristine gardens hiding behind small gates in the center of Prague. For those who want, we can also go to an amazing medieval art gallery, also one of a kind, and also rarely visited.
Day 3
We head East to the hidden treasure of Bratislava. Here we'll enjoy a quiet tour of the city eating authentic Slovak meals and head up in their sky tower for sunset pictures of the castle.
Day 4
We head East again to Budapest. Our first day, we'll head out to the outskirts to photograph the old Communist statue garden, and then come back to see one of the most beautiful art galleries in Europe. Later we come back to the riverfront for some night pictures of the city high on the Castle hill.
Day 5
We wake up for an early morning stroll out to the island in the Danube for morning shots of Parliament. Later we'll walk the streets above the Fisherman's Wharf, and end with sunset from the Wharf.
Day 6
We check out of our hotel, take you to the airport in Budapest, and say goodbye.
